REFUND & RETURN POLICY – Ivory Teeth Whitening

At Ivory Teeth Whitening, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to feel confident with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.


RETURNS & SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.

If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, you may request a return within 30 days, subject to the conditions outlined below.

After 30 days have passed since delivery, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.


ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used oral care products, unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Opened or used health and personal care products

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable or digital products

  • Items marked as final sale or discounted/sale items


DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@ivorywhitening.comwith:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund where appropriate.


PARTIAL REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Partial refunds may be granted in cases where:

  • The item shows signs of use

  • Original packaging is missing

  • The return is approved outside standard conditions but within the 30-day window


REFUNDS (IF APPROVED)

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified by email of approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing times vary by bank or payment provider (typically 5–10 business days)


LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider (posting times vary)

  3. Contact your bank

If you’ve completed these steps and still haven’t received your refund, please email info@ivorywhitening.com.


SALE ITEMS

Items purchased on sale or with promotional discounts are final sale and not eligible for refunds, unless defective.


EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

To request an exchange, contact info@ivorywhitening.com before sending anything back.


GIFTS

  • If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of the return

  • If the item was not marked as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser
