At Ivory Teeth Whitening, we aim to process and ship orders quickly and reliably within Canada and the United States. Please review the details below to understand how and when your order will arrive.


ORDER PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Orders placed after business hours, on weekends, or holidays will be processed the next business day

  • Processing times may be extended during promotions, product launches, or peak periods

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

We currently ship to:

  • Canada

  • United States


FREE SHIPPING (CANADA ONLY)

We offer FREE standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $99 (CAD) before taxes, after discounts.

  • Orders under $99 (CAD) will have shipping rates calculated at checkout

  • Free shipping applies to standard shipping only

  • Offer may change without notice


ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch

  • Remote or rural locations may require additional delivery time

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or customs processing (U.S.).


SHIPPING RATES

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Destination

  • Package weight

  • Selected shipping method

All applicable shipping costs are displayed before checkout completion.


CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (U.S. ORDERS)

For U.S. orders:

  • Any applicable customs duties, taxes, or brokerage fees are the customer’s responsibility

  • Ivory Teeth Whitening is not responsible for customs delays


INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

  • We are not responsible for delays, losses, or returns caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Returned shipments due to address errors may incur reshipping fees


LOST, DELAYED, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once a package is handed off to the carrier, delivery is outside our direct control.

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate your package, please check with neighbors or your local carrier

  • Ivory Teeth Whitening is not responsible for packages marked as delivered but stolen

If a shipment appears lost in transit, contact us at info@ivorywhitening.com, and we’ll assist where possible.


DAMAGED SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and product

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or resolution if appropriate.


RETURN SHIPPING

For information on returns, refunds, and exchanges, please refer to our Refund & Return Policy.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
